POWER EVOLUTION FC is a complete player specific, on and off the field, development program. The POWER EVOLUTION FC Program is engineered and tailored to optimize the overall performance, progress, and development of young footballers/ soccer players. POWER EVOLUTION FC implements a simple yet sophisticated method of training that focuses on all the fine details and elements that are required for a player to reach the top level.

 

The priority of the POWER EVOLUTION FC system is to train, mentor, and develop players individually first. Additionally, the program promotes team and club unity and emphasizes the importance of team synergy for the continued success of a soccer player. Our philosophy stems from the idea that it is vital to be a team player whether, it's a six year old recreational player, a top professional, or an international player. It is via this concept that we integrate individual player development with team training.

 

At POWER EVOLUTION FC we are extremely enthusiastic about the fine details of the player’s (1st) and team’s (2nd) progress. In this process we recognize and believe in the importance of not only the player and teams training on the field but the atmosphere and environment off the field for the players.

 

The POWER EVOLUTION FC program offers training that will ensure long-lasting results and improvements in the player’s game and training. At POWER EVOLUTION FC we strongly believe a player must be as exceptional during training as well as during game time. Hard work and

relentless effort is mandatory for this program to succeed. The results and improvements embody the combination of training ethic and game time. A player’s development is two pronged: physical (e.g., tactical, positional, and technical) and mental (e.g., focus, attitude, and sportsmanship). POWER EVOLUTION FC believes that in order for a player to establish himself/herself on and off the field consistently to a top level it is fundamental that they are continuously exposed to lessons that enhance the strength of their mentality. Only through this can Excellence be achieved!

 

We are a club that also prides itself on reaching beyond our community. We strive to build positive relationships with other clubs in the youth soccer circuit, both in the U.S. and the rest of the world, especially the United Kingdom and other European locales. While doing this we are mindful to continue to create the most organic place for young players to grow as athletes and individuals both on and off the field. Specifically, we encourage and expect positive support from family units—parents and relatives—on the sidelines and in the stands.
